Now who ever is announced as te new owners of Manchester United , will be now allowed to spend a total of 100,one hundred million pounds on buying players, in the summer transfer window.
And the reason for this is that Manchester United are on te verge of breaching the Financial Fair Play Rule.
So if either Sir Jim Ratcliffe or Sheikh Jassim Hamad bin Al Tani buys the club , they will be given only 100 one hundred million pounds, to go and spend on players.
The Manchester United will have to sell quite a few players , to generate the needed funds.
