Arsenal could soon sign Kai Harvetz from Chelsea for round about 70, seventy Millon pounds., from Chelsea.
Arsenal have already reached personal terms with Kai Harvetz, and only the tranfer fee remain to e completed.
It now appears that the German giants Bayern Munich were also interested in buying Kai Harvetz , but told by Chelsea that Arsenal are far ahead in the sale deal for Kai Harvetz.
