Europe did the buying and selling of these footballers t huge prices for example Neymar, Paul Pogba, Garreh Bale, Ousmane Dembale, Antoine Greizmann Cristiano Ronaldo.
Nobody had the balls to say a thing in Europe, but when Saudi Arabian clubs do it Gary Neville and Jamie Caragher, want it investigated and closed from selling players from England to any Saudi Arabian football clubs.
You can not stop it all clubs who have money can buy any player under the sun.
