MANCHESTER CITY HVE MADE THEIR OWN BID FOR DECLAN RICE .

 Now with Manchester City and Arsenal making bids for Declan Rice, as his club wants about 110 one hundred and ten million pounds for Declan. Rice,  A price which is highly inflated.

 Now after Arsenal made two bids of 80, eighty million pounds and second bid of 75, seventy-five million pounds. and fifteen million pounds as add ons. Both were rejected.

 Now Manchester City have gone and made their own bid of a 90, ninety million pounds.
