SO THIS IS THE REASON LIONEL MESSI HAS NOT YET SIGNED FOR A NEW CLUB.

 Now people are all excited as Lionel Messi second season has come to a end.

 And now he can sign up for a new club as a free agent.

But please understand that cannot happen ths way.

 Legally speaking Lionel Messi has a signed contract with P.S.G, which expires on 30/8/2023 midnight.

 So he can only sign a contact with any club on 1/ 7/ 2023. Till ten he can agree to join a club anywhere orally only. But he cannot sign , then he will have signed for two clubs  ad U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A rules do nt allow it.
