From day one te Glazers clearly aid that they want a sum of six billion pounds., it not that after each of the five bids made so far the figure has been the same from the very first day.
But both Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim Hamad bin al Tani should have made offering bid from day one at six billion pounds. and finished th ale deal much earlier.
So here clearly the Glazers are nt at fault.
And mind you after it is cleared and settled the deal will have to be approved by F.A and English Premier League. Then ony can you buy players.
