THE SALARY CAP IS THE BIG PROBLEM AT BARCELONA ,AND NOT THE MONEY, THY ARE NOT ALLOWD TO REGISTER PLAYERS BUT THEY CAN BUY ANYONE>

 Now please understand money is no problem at Barcelona, they have big money, but it is the salary cap, that is causing big problems i Spain for all clubs, as no big player has joined any club in the La Liga.

 Now let me explain the salary cap in a better way.. Each year  te debt , income and spending is taken into account a salary cap is in place yearly so it changes.

Barcelona had a salary cap in 2019/2020 at 670 million pounds. in the year 2020 /2021 it fell to385 million pounds. and in te year 2023/2024 it has fallen to 97 million pounds.. hope you get the picture now .Just imagine paying 97 million pounds to  at leat 3000 workers like cleaners  tea lady players  and backroom staff doctors.
