WEST HAM UNITED HAVE REJECTED THE FIRST OFFER ARSENAL MADE FOR DECLAN RICE.

 Now Arsenal had gone and made their first bid to by the captain of West Ham United, Declan Rice for a bid of  75, five Millon pounds for the midfielder.

Now West am United have one and rejected the offer flatly.

 Now it is  to be seen if Arsenal will come and make a second bid for Declan Rice.

 West Ham United  are standing firmly for 1000, one hundred million pounds.

 Now Arsenal made a second bid of 80, eighty million ounds ,but that to was flatly rejected by West Ham United.
