ARSENAL HAVE COMPLETED THE SIGNING OF DECLAN RICE, FROM WEST HAM UNITED.

 Now according to THE SUN, Arsenal have gone and   completed te transfer of the English footballer  Declan Rice who was the captain of West Ham United.

 Arsenal after a few bids agreed to a transfer fee.   and West Ham United   wanted to take   a a final bid of 105 million pounds. for Declan Rice..Arsenal wanted to pay the amountin various instalments ,, but West Ham United  wanted it notin four yeas but to be  paid up in four years and nt five years.
