ARSENAL WILL SIGN DECLAN RICE ASBOTH CLUBS HAVE FINALLY AGRREED TO TEERMS

 Now Arsenal wil finally be signing West Ham United's captain Declan Rice  for a transfer fee of 105ne hundred and five million pounds. 

But why did t take so long to sign him up? Then  price was settled saand Arsenal had also agredto thepersonal yterms as well.

It was nt the price but the structure of he paymet hat causd the probleem. Arsenalwanted to pay it in four instalments , but West Ham United  wanted it all paid up in one years time.

 But now both clubs have agreed to a three year instalment plan. 

 Declan Rice is cutting short his holiday to finalizes his transfer to Arsenal.
