 Now U.E.F.A have gone and fined Chelsea, to a tune of 8.6 million pounds.

Now the reason they Chelsea paid te fine was because Chelsea submitted a incomplete audit sheet from the year 2012 to 2018. and please kinly note tus was under the previous Russian owner Romam.

 Now  the new owner of Chelsea the American Todd Bohely  brought hs to the notice to   the U.E.F.A.

 Now my question here is who will,be paying s fine Todd Bohely or Roman Abramovich.
