F.I.F.A WILL PESS DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST TE PRESIDENT OF THE SPANISH F.A.

 Now F.I.F. A will be now press for disciplinary action against the President of the Spanish F.A .Luis Rubiales 

 Now he has been accused.  by the Spanis football board of forcing and kissing the Spanish footballer, Jenni Hermosa. And the young lady said it was forced upon her and she did not like it one bit.

 F.I.F.A have taken these charges very seriously and have Sid  they could use Article 13 clause 1 and 2.
