GARY NEVILLE SAYS MIKEL ARTETA IS TE CAUSE OF TE NEW RULES THIS YEAR BYTHE F.A.

 Now thus year  tgere are plenty of rules  changed to make it more difficult for the footballers and managers, like arguing wit a referee gets  you a yellow card.and so on. And both Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher say that these rules were introduced because of Mikel Arteta  . These two iditol know nothing at all on football.
