During the whole summer transfer window Manchester United were trying very hard to buy the Moroccan Sofyan Amrabat, from the Italian club from Florence, Fiorentina. The price se was 30 thirty million pounds,.
But as Manchester United were recently fined for breaching the Financial Fair Play Rules. they were trying to buy players on a loan deal only.
Now finally Manchester United made a bid of 1.7 million pounds as a loan fee. But Fiorentina have rejected the offer altogether.
The reason being Fiorentina need to sell him on outright sale not a loan deal.
