NOW THE SPANISH PROSECUTOR HAS FILED A CASE AGAINST LUIS RUBIALES .

 Now the   Spanish prosecutor has now gone and filed  a case of sex without consent and also it will be a coercion , touching kissing without cany consent on the president of the Spanish F.A .Luis  Rubiales 

 It all started after  Rubiales kissed the Spanish footballer on the lips on the stage , and in front of  the Spanish Queen, after Spain won the world cup.

 Now Luis Rubiales could be fine banned and even prisoned. But in Spain they do not Sende people to prison  it's their very first convection
