MANCHESTER UNITED ARE GIVEN THE GO AHEAD TO BUILD A NEW STADIUM BY THE MAYOR ANDY BURNHAM>

Now after lengthy talks between Sir Jim Ratcliffe and the Mayor of Manchester , Andy Burnham, the have gone and been given the Green light to go and build a new stadium.

Their old stadium called OLD TRAFFORD is in a pathetic state, with te roof leaking in several places , plaster cracking and falling out,amd paint peeling of in many places.

But make no mistake it will be costing wel over one and a alf billion pounds.

And if a loan is taken then  the huge interest will have tobe paid adding on top the debt problem of Manchester United  . Gary Neville will be cribbing about tjs but at te same time he wants a new football stadium.

The big problem here is like Arsenal were forced to sell their very best players after building heir famous stadium, but Arsenal had good players, while Manchester United hae a below average players .
