 Now that the European Super League has  gone and won its case in the European Court of Justice, in Luxemburg . 

U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A were strongly warned not to fine, ban or expel clubs as those. who signed up the 12, twelve clubs originally signed up with the European Super League/

 The court said that U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A broke the European Union competition Law.

 Just to take you all backto where it all started After U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A expelled the 12, twelve club who started te European Super League, then only had tree clubs all active Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus. The E.S.L filed a case against UE.F.A in the Commercial Court of Madrid 

 The Judge warned U.E.F.A not to expel, ban, fine or do anything that could affect the result of the case.U.E.F.A  forced the owners for Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City  Tottenham Hotspurs, A.C.Milan ,Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid to sign a letter withdrawing from te E.S.L.

 but no the ruling of the  case will bereturned tothe Cammercial court of Madrid to be  finalised.Now Judge Emmanuel Ruis Del lara  oce passes it it will com tolaw in Spain and a te E.C.J pased it also it will come intoForce in all of urope.
