 Now the minority holder of Manchester United   Sir Jim Ratcliffe, now wants to build a new stadium in the place of Old Trafford , costing a huge sum f 2, two billion pounds. which is a huge  price today.

 But he must  know it will e vry difficult to o so .

 Let Us take the case of Arsenal, and their EMIRATES STADIUM>It was firstly cheaper ten Old trafford project.

 But Arsenal still had to sell eir footballers Thierry Henry, Robert Pires, Samir Nasri, Emmanuel Adebayor, Gael Glitchy, Kolao Toure, and Bacary Sagna. Arsenal got very good money for their players. 

 And Manchester City were willing to pay big money then. But not now.

 Even if Manchester United do sell their players they will not get any money, like what Arsenal got then.

 And Arsene Wenger had to sign a bond with he bank, that he would not e leaving Arsenal for five years. Heere  with the huge money the manager of Manchester United will have to sign a  tenyear bond,

 So it will not e a easy matter for sure.
