 That means ey want clubs to go and ack managersonky at e end of a seson,and nt dring  seon.

 Th want it similar to clubs whowant to uy  a new player.

 Then clubs  wil have to wait fir ithr te summer transfer window or te January transfer window..

 t will be intersting to note  if it willbe introduced in te near future.
