Now te English club Tottenham Hotspurs , ad their chairman Daniel levy along with Harry Redknapp and tge agent Mitchell Thomas long with e player Jermain Defoe are all being investigated for breaching the rule that agents should have a valid license a well.
The problem goes back to tge year 2008, when Jermain Defoe was sold by Tottenham Hotspurs to Portsmouth, and the manager of Portsmouth was Harry Redknapp.
Now according to F.I.F.A rules and U.E.F.A rules all active agents for footballers should be authorized with agents' license.
Now ge agent who did the transfer for Jarmaine Defoe was a man named Mitchell Thomas, and he did not have a license.
Tus deal was passed and ignored till now, and if found guilty e clubs could face hefty fines, transfer bans, points deducted or even a relegation.
The agent could face heavy fines, transfer ns a wll.
