Actualllly te Judge o te Commercial Court of Madrid Manuel Ruis Del had given at hearing in fvour of the European upper league., he ten sent a reffarel to e European court of Justice to dcide the case.
The judge said that the commercial court passed in Spain, made e European Super League legal in Spain, but e ruling in te European Court of Justice, makes it legal all over Europe.
Te ruling has ben received in commercial Court , thy will now confirm the ruling.
