F.I.F.A.WANT TO TRY A NEW RULE ,GOALKEEPER CAN HOLD THE BALLFOR EIGHT SECONDS>

 Now F.I.F.A the governing bod of world  football, is going to try a new rule, and it affects the goalkeeper only..

Now F.I.F.A. want to prevent time being wasted by the goalkeeper, 

 No F.I.F.A  will allow the goalkeeper exactly eight seconds to hold on to the ball.,and if hetakes aextra second more, tat would than lead toa free kick.
