 Now it is well known fact that the standard of refereeing is very bad.  even when English refrees  are refereeing champion league  games and even a world cupmatch/ Rreferee Anthony Taylor was   surrounded with his family by angry ROMA fans at te airport and had to be rescued  by police.

 Te head of te P.G.M.O.L Howard Webb, has gone and made  statements tat referees would be impoving   teir standard 

.  He also says calmly after blunds by regret and points are solen. OH THAT WA HUMAN ERROR>

 But if errors happen daily it is not a error it is a habit.
