CHELSEA AGREE A TRANSFER DEAL FOR JAOA FELIX FROM ATLETICO MADRID>

 Now Chelsea have goon and finally reached a agreement with te Spanish club Atletico Madrid.

 And both clubs have gone and agreed for a transfer fee of 36, thirty six million pounds.

And Jaoa Felix will go and sign a six year contract , wth a additional year  possible as ell.

 Now whether the contract is legal F.I.F.A will have to decide  , as according to the F.I.F.A rules a contract can only be for up to five years, and any contract above five years  will be a illegal contract.
