Firstly it is not tge best league in Europe.

England last won a world cup in 1966 58 years ago.

Real Madrid have won 14 champin leagues Barcelona have won five campin league.
You will have to see te number of Ballon d Or footballers won while playing for Real Madrid and Barcelona .
Clearly Spanish La Liga is Mies away. better ten te English Premier League.
