THE PANELOF REFEREES IN TE ARSENAL AND BRIGTON MATCG SAY TGE DECISSION WAS CORRECT>

 Now  the panel of referees   have given them verdict that it was a  correct decision to show Declan Rice   a second yellow  followed by a red. card.. It is okay now nothing can be done about it,

But I still say it was  a wrong decision .

1)  Danny Welbeck was   not the captain of Brighton, and he had now right to speak to the umpire saying second yellow card.It is a new rule captains can only talk to the referee.

2) The   free kick was taken when the ball was moving, rules the ball should be still.

3) The Ball hit the leg of Declan Rice  as he walked away. He as not wasting time.Brghton will face their Karma in May just watch. 

 And England could be expelled from bth F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A   if they appoint a regulator, just watch.
