WHY WAS NOT ERRLING HAALAND INVESTIGATED AND BANNED HEUSE TGE BALL AS A WEAPON

 The English F.A say Errling Haaland will not be punished for throwing the ball on Gabriel.

 He used the ball as a weapon  and it is not allowd.

I really do wonder   if a Arsenal player had done it  Michael Oliver  woukd have shown him a straight red card here.
