 Now while in Spain, Madrid , he was  having a verbal argument with a man. in a night club,

 It appears that the man had asked Mattheus  Nunes for a photograph a selfie. Bt Mattheus  Nunes was angry as head taken a photograph of  him without the permission of the footballer.

 So he took away the phone and kept it with him.

So when the police came to inquire the phone was found in ge pocket of Mattheus Nunes .

 But if  he is  arrested  and charged  ythen things will be difficult as  some countries do nt isue visas to peope who have had a police charge aganst tem.
