NOW THE ENGLISH REFEREE DAVID COOTES IS BEING INVESTIGATED BOTH BY U.E>F.A ND TGE P.G.M.O.L

 Now the  English referee  David Cootes  is now being investigated by both U.E.F.A and also te English F.A and the P.G.M<.O.L,

 Now the U.E.F.A are sending a special person from te Ethical and  disciplinary section to have a first hand at te charges which the English referee is facing.

 He was first   accessed of fighting and calling  Jurgen Klopp a German C.  and it has now been revieled tgat during te summer Euro Cup   David Cootes was seen while working as a V.A.R refree snorting a white powder   folded up i n a   currency note, 

 I personally feel David Coots has  onky ended hs career as a English referee for ever.
