NOW FOUR CLUBS FROM THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGU COULD DEMAND COMPENSATION FROM MANCHESTER CITY.

 Now  the 146  charges of Manchester City breaching te  P.S.R  Rules. will be taking more time to finally close the numb was originally  115  charges but some more wre added.

But now four top clubs in England  Arsenal,Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspurs will demand compensation from Manchester City.But surprisingly  Chelsea will not be demanding any compensation from Manchester City. 

 And hge reason here is that Chelsea could also be facing   breaching te P.S.R rules as well.
