And usually only a country that has qualified for a world club can bid to hold it, Qatar has never progressed far in the qualifiers , and stand 18th in the world.If it was to be given to a middle east country, then Kuwait, U.A.E, Saudi Arabia have qualified.

F.i,F.A after giving Qatar the host, they have put on their thinking caps and now want it in January, but many countries like england, Spain are playing in January.
