BOTH PORTSMOUTH AND GLASGOW RANGERS COULD PLAY EACH OTHER.

The admistratar who are each now looking into the financial mess at Scottish giants Glasgow Rangers and the english club Portsmouth , has decided that the clubs should play each other . Once in Glasgow at the famous Ibrox stadium and then play a return match at Fratan Park .
These clubs are doing their bit to save money as well, like players are now selling tickets, and both clubs have trimmed down their staff.
