Chelsea have now sacked their coach Andrea Villas Boas , after only eight months.And this is ridiculous , as a coach needs time to settle in a new country and new conditions as well as new players and newer ones joining in january transfer .
Andrea Villas Boas became the eighth coach of Chelsea in nine years.
But what did happen at Chelsea? The problem was the players only.
As John Terry, Frank Lampard, Nicklas Anelka were as old as the coach, and were not keen to listen and follow his instructions, they became to big for their boots.
Chelsea allowed the squad to age up together, many are in their last legs , as footballers.
And the main problem was the owner Roman Abromvich who had so much money he kept dictating whom he should buy and who he should sack.
Look at Arsenal , Kronke gives money but does not poke his nose.

Roman paid F.C.Porto 13 1/2 million pounds as compensation, and he paid Andrea villas Boas 8 million pounds.
