The last time Tottenham Hotspurs stood above Arsenal in the E.P.L season was way back in 1993/1994, that was before the arrival of Arsene Wenger at Arsenal , he joined Arsenal in 1996, when he came from a Japanese club.
And these two clubs have had great battles on the pitch.over the years . The best year I can remember is 2012/2013 when Arsenal reached the forth spot by one very precious point.
This year they have had enough of it , so desperate are they to knock Arsenal out of the next champion league they are buying players from every where possible.
They have now gone and spent 110 million pounds on eight players from eight countries.
They were a club that generated young footballers for England , but not any more this year they have brought no English footballer.
At the same time Arsenal lost out on their top players as targets Gonzalo Higuain, Luis Suarez.
Arsenal got two players free .And spent nothing of their 70 million pound kitty.
Here Wenger clearly says that buying more then three players is dangerous as , players will be unsettled and frustration will creep in.
Let us see who finishes forth as the other two will be taken by the oil money owners.
