The Manchester City oil owners have told the Manchester City club sporting director to make it very clear indeed to both manager and players , that this year there will be no excuses what so ever for failing in the Champion league.
In the past two years Manchester City with all their spending , and depth in their team of players have been knocked out early on in the competition , in fact they failed to proceed beyond their group stages.
The group of sixteen is still a dream with all those millions spent, and with Carlos Tevez gone from Manchester City to Juventus , he could come to haunt them..
As in their group stages they have tough opponents..
You can be sure if they are kicked out early many heads will role both players as well as staff.
