Has now clearly said that he is not thinking of retiring soon, he has in him seven years of football left in him. After all Dino Zoff won the world cup at 40,forty years for Italy in 1982. He is the oldest captain to lift the world cup, Gianlughi Buffon is 37 , thirty seven years now and is still playing very well. So why not Petr Cech may I ask.
