Chelsea have finally signed the French midfielder Tiemoue Bakayako from the French club Monaco , but it took a long time and there was a big fear that Manchester United would steal him from under the nose of Antonio Conte, in the same manner Manchester United stole Romelu Lukaku from Antonio Conte.
