Has now decided to sign a new long term contract with F.C.Barcelona, it is till the year 2021, but a year can be added on after these five years. So in other words he will be ending his football career most likely with Barcelona. His new contract is just a huge windfall. His weekly salary will be 500,000 Five hundred thousand pounds. It was 365,000 pounds, three hundred and sixty five thousand pounds. His yearly salary will be 28 , twenty eight million pounds. And his buy out clause now stands at a huge 300,million Euros. Or 264, Two hundred and sixty four million pounds. But what is not yet known is if the new contract has a clause that will increase each year till the a club will be willing to pay the buy out clause.
