WHICH COUNTRY HOLDS THE RECORD FOR THE LEAST RED CARDS AT THE WORLD CUP.

As we welcome the month long enjoyment of football at the world cup 2018 at Russia. Let us look at the record for the least red cards shown to footballers from a particular country. And Spain known officially as LA FURIA ROJA THE RED FURY, as they lay in their bright red jerseys and black shorts. The mighty Spanish football team are by far the most disciplined team at the world cup ,according to records. Spain have so far been shown only one red card so far since the year the world cup started in the year 1930. And the only person to be shown a red card was to the Barcelona and Spanish footballer Miguel Angel Nadal holds this record for the only red card shown to a Spaniard at the world cup. By the way Miguel Angel Nadal is the uncle of the famous tennis player Rafael Nadal. Getting just one red card after appearing at 14 fourteen different world cups and playing 59 , fifty nine matches. just speaks volumes of Spain.
