WHY HAS TOOTENHAM HOTSPURS NOT BROUGHT A SINGLE PLAYER AS YET?

I wonder why have the English club Tottenham hotspurs not yet brought a single player during this summer transfer window, it is quite unusual for them to do so. The real truth could very well be the huge amount of money that Tottenham Hotspurs had spent in redeveloping their old stadium WHITE HART LANE. Originally it was said that the new stadium would cost roughly 75, seventy five million pounds, but it has exceeded one BILLIO pounds and sadly the work is not yet finished and looks to take more time well into the new season. So they may have to play their games at the New Wembley stadium for another season. So this has made money absolutely difficult to get so no buying of new players has been done so far, and my big fear is Tottenham Hotspurs will be forced to sell players like Arsenal were forced to do so.
