He has left big giants of football like Chelsea and Real Madrid in his third year at the club , even after winning several silverwares at these clubs. Now leaving Chelsea was mainly due to the disagreement between Jose Mourinho and the Russian owner of Chelsea Roman Abramovich , it was over spending a huge sum of money to buy Andrei Shevchenko, from the Italian club A.C. Milan. At Real Madrid Jose Mourinho got into trouble with dividing the club and fans over Iker Casillas and Sergio Ramos. Now as he moves to his third year with Manchester United he is upset that Manchester United have told him to sell players first and then buy players later. His relation with the players are not so good either, also with the C.E.O Ed Woodward has now reached boiling point.
