But i is not going to be settled in the U.E.F.A headquarters or the F.I.F.a headquarters either. As it will be dcided by a court, and prelimary hearings have started in the Commercial court in Madrid Spain. Te court has already said U.E.Fa and F.I.F.A can nt rstrict or ban these 12 twelve clubs from playing in Europe. The case may even end up in C.A.S Court od admistratar for sport. But lawyers say U.E.F.a and F.I.F.a .can do nothing about clubs breaking up and forming a new league, like the European Super League. It appears that their constitution does notention anything about if clubs do breakaway or make a new European league. And get one thing very clear here if Bayer Munich have signed the European Super League agreement and it is registered , then even they P.S.g and Bayern Munich are very much part and parcel f the new European Super League., which is a legal and binding deed. Clubs can ot wriggle out by saying we are backing out now due to the fans and their anger. It is like signing with a big company a agreement that ey would provide aw material for a few millios pounds , and calmly saying after twodays my broher did not want tis agreement made and signed.
