Now Barcelona are facing money problems especially t Salary cap ithe La Liga , d they want to sell or give Philippe Coutinho on a loan deal, and clubs lie Everton, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspurs and Newcastle United
He has rejected Newcastle United as they are facing a relegation battle. He has now chosen Arsenal, as they stand fourth on the able , and the club is willing to pay his weekly salary of 200,000 two hundred thousand pounds..
But I feel he will really do a good job at Arsenal, time only will tell us.
