THE CHELSEA DEAL WILL ALSO HAVE TO BE PASSED BY THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT AS WELL.

 The Russian Billionaire Roman Abramovich  wants to ell the Chelsea football club to Matt Boehly.

 And the deal is cleared  by England's Government, they might have signed stamped the deal, but it has to be also cleared by the European Union and the Portuguese Government .

 BUT LET ME REMIND YOU ALL THAT ROMAN ABRAMOVICH IS HOLDING A ISRAELI PASSPORT AS WELL.. 

 So legally the sale deal of Chelsea  will have to be approved by the Israeli  government as well, to get he deal done and dusted.

 So the Chelsea fans need not get to excited here.
