THE GOVERNMENTHAS CLEARED THE CHELSEA DEAL TOTODD BOHELY CONSORTIUM>

 Now  the Chelsea clubs sale from Roman Abramovich to Todd Bohely has now been cleared  in England .

 But it still has to be approved  by the Portuguese  government and the European Union.

But the European Union who have gone and put sanctions  on Chelsea and Roman Abramovich are having a few serious questions over the deal..

 It also has to be cleared by the Government of Portugal,as Roman Abramovich , is holding a Portuguese passport.

 So it s not all done and dusted.
