Chelsea have now gone and made their first bid for the French defender JulesKounde who plays his club football in Spain with Seville.
But this amount will nt satisfy Seville, and Chelsea will ave to increase it by another fifteen million Euros.
One thing is very clear here Seville will nt budge a inch from their asking buy out clause of 65,sixty five million Euros.
And anther thing to note here is that Jules Kounde has undegoea knee operation so will Chelsea pay the full amount is to be seen.
