Germany went and thrashed Italy with a huge margin of 5-2. in the U.E.F.A National league match.
This was the first time ever that Germany scored five goals against Italy in their football history.
And the last time Italy let in a total of five goals in a single match was way back the year 1957.
And that is 65, sixty five years ago.
But Italy are a shadow of themselves , as they have now missed out of two world cups in a row, and this has not happened before either.
The future of Italian football is dark and gloomy I must say.
