Neymar appeared at the Provisional court in Barcelona, the case is concerning his transfer from te Brazilian club Santos to Barcelona. Way back in the year 2013.. He is charged with corruption ,his company called N.N is run by his father Neymar senior. and in the year 2015a company called D.I.S , who owned 40 percent of Neymar ,in other words it was a third party, and now F.I.F.A rule do not allow party transfer today.
The transfer shows that Barcelona paid Santos a sum of 57.1 million Euros or 49 million pounds.
But the prosecutor says that the money was much higher and could easily reach 83 million Euros or 71.8 million pounds.
If he is really found guilty Neymar could easily face two years in jail and a fine of 10 ten million Euros or 8.6 million pounds. .
A total of nine people re being ccused here from Neymar, his father and men of the D.I.S and his agentas well.
So could Nreymar be missing he 2022 world cup in Qatar ?
