WHY WAS CRISTIANO RONALDO GOAL AGAINST EWCASTLE UNITED DISALLOWED.?

 IN the E.P.L match played between Manchester United, and Newcastle united played on 16/10/2022.

 In the second half of the match there was a free kick offered to Newcastle united, 

 But Cristiano Ronaldo tried to score a very cheeky goal, he then Stole the ball from the goalkeeper Nick Pope.

 And he then netted the goal, but this was all short  lived, as it was a illegally scored goal.

 But why was it illegal?

 The reason was therefore Pawson had not blown the whistle for the free kick to be taken and have the game restarted.

 Cristiano Ronaldo got a yellow card for his troubles.
