CRISTIANO RONALDO ALMOST QUIT FOOTBALL AT SPORTING LISBON IN HIS EARLY YEARS.

 Cristiano Ronaldo had joined Sporting Lisbon from his first club Fulchul in Madeira , to pay up his fathers debt.

But as Sporting Lisbon, which was 575 miles from home, only meant one thing for  a very young boy he was very homesick, he felt lost at the youth academy, he was also constantly bullied, and mocked because of his Madeiran accent. He was not allowed to use the gym at all , and this angered him .But now he is te first person in the gym and the last to leave it. was it a psychological problem when the gym was denied to him at Sporting Lisbon.

 He also had a bust up with players and he even had a big bust up with Ruud Van Nistelroy the Dutch footballer who played for P.S.V. Eindhoven, Manchester United and Real Madrid.

 Cristiano Ronaldo at Sporting Lisbon also had a heart problem at fifteen yeas old, he had a racing heart, which means the heartbeat was very fast like horseracing and he was treated and the problem was rectified.

 But itall changed for the better after he was sold to Manchester United.
